2. GHALIA TOWER by DAMAC, project budget of $40 million
3. SPINNEYS MALL DUBAI, project budget of $18 million
- Coordinate preconstruction team (Design team, Engineers, Contractors and Subcontractors) to facilitate timely and accurate definition of scope, schedule and cost
- Produce accurate, consistent and professional records and reports
- Review man-hours and duration forecasts to completion for onshore construction
- Review & submit for approval all material samples
- Manage & supervise subcontractors on project sites ensuring compliance with schedules, specifications & contract requirements
- Manages the execution of interior designs according to agreed plans & drawings

- Monitor Fit out interior works and addresses any technical issues that may arise
- Insure that all parties involved in the project including subcontractors (carpentry, Mechanical, electrical, gypsum, paint, etc.) have the updated information
- Monitoring and quality inspection of the works on-going at the Fit-out Joinery Workshop
- Assisting in the furnishing of Project BOQ and quantity take-off estimates
- Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.

1. Sahari Mall, project budget of $1.3 million
2. Residential Villas compound, project budget of $15 million
3. Prince Mushary Edu. Complex- Boys, project budget of $4.5 million
4. Hyatt Regency Hotel - Al Swailem Tower, project budget of $85 million
5. Community College at Jizan University, project budget of $34 million
- Prepare information regarding design, specifications, materials and equipment
- Project Manager: Studies and supervision of projects to the municipality of Jizan, KSA
- Developing a procurement route for each new project through basic selection criteria
- Draw up costs, schedules and other elements associated with construction projects
- Direct the production of construction documents, drawings and specifications

- Assist project team in BIM project setup using ArchiCAD and Revit
- Built CAD drawings based on information provided by customers and engineers

- Conducted research needed to complete architectural projects
