Leading Planning and Programming efforts from the owner side, for the delivery of:
· The AMAALA Marina - Village Boutique Hotel Project, located on the western coast of Saudi between Neom and the Red Sea Projects as a part of AMAALA destination, comprises an 85-key Hotel, 20-key condos, 25 key Guest Room clusters, and 8 luxury Branded villas. The project also includes amenities like a Spa complex, an all-day dining restaurant, and a Specialty restaurant.
· The AMAALA Construction Village Project has been built in three stages, each comprising the delivery of 5, 184 beds to create a small town of over 15, 000 residents at full capacity, with a total area of 580, 000 M2. Being in a remote area, the Village is entirely “off-grid" and incorporates its power generation, water supply, sewage treatment plant, communications, security, dedicated medical clinic, and fire station. Located near the western coast of Saudi between Neom and the Red Sea Projects.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Strategic Planning.
· Prepare the Schedule Management Manual and the Employer Requirements for Schedule Management.
· Prepare the Tender and Contract Schedules.
· Manage and Control the Project Schedule throughout the project life cycle, including but not limited to the preparation of the Original/Revised Master Baseline Programme which models all the project phases/stages from Initiation to Closeout, in compliance with the Stage-Gate Framework, Method Statements, Procurement Packaging Strategy, Interfaces, Constraints, Authorities Regulations, Contract Conditions, Recommended Practices, and the Company’s Procedures.
· Monitor Progress, Update the Master Programme, and Prepare Recovery/Mitigation plans as necessary.
· Prepare dynamic and interactive Reports and Dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Led the planning efforts and teams from both the contractors and consultants, including but not limited to the review and evaluation of the Baseline/Updated Programmes, Reports, Delay Analysis, Recovery, and mitigation Plans, and Extension of Time Claims (EOT), submitted by the contractors.
Leading Planning and Programming efforts from the consultant side "PM/CM" for the delivery of:
· AMAALA International Airport Project, located near the western coast of Saudi between Neom and the Red Sea Projects, with a 3 Km Runway that accommodates code "F" jets with associated Taxiways, and Aprons, besides other infrastructures, and utilities. In addition to an iconic Passenger Terminal and Control Tower that provides a welcome luxury for one million travelers per year.
· Shuqaiq III Desalination Plant Project is a seawater desalination plant located on the Red Sea coast, of Saudi. The plant is based on osmosis technology and is designed for a capacity of 450, 000 M3/day of drinking water. The Plant is composed of (Seawater Intake, Pretreatment, Reverse Osmosis, Post-treatment, and Emissary of brine).
Key Duties and Responsibilities are to:
· Strategic Planning.
· Prepare the Schedule Management Plan,
· Manage and Control the Project Schedule throughout the project life cycle,
· Develop and Manage the Master Baseline Programme,
· Track the progress, and update the Master Programme,
· Prepare dynamic and interactive Reports and Dashboard using the Power BI Service, based on the most
common KPIs,
· Review and evaluate the Programmes and Reports submitted by the contractors and service providers,
· Review and evaluate the Delay Analysis prepared Control/Mitigation Plans by the contractors,
· Review and evaluate the Extension of Time Claims (EOT), and
· Besides, assisting with the Cost and the Project Controls tasks.
For different projects, such as but not limited to:
Granada Mall Extensions, which is establishing two big extensions for an existing Mall,
STC New Era Infrastructure Data Centers, which is a program of three Data Centers based on the latest
technology in prefabricated modular design and deployment. For Saudi Telecom Company “STC”, and
Herfy Headquarters Tower, which is a Highrise Administrative building.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: -
· Developing the Master Schedule Baselines,
· Estimating the required Manpower, Physical Resources, and the Budgeted Cost for each Activity and
Work-package,
· Monitoring progress and Updating the Programme throughout the construction process,
· Analyzing monthly Earned Value, CPI, and SPI and issue a "Write-Ups" with results & suggestions to
improve the productivity and control the cost,
· Highlighting and analyzing the areas of delays and recommend preventive or corrective actions to
Project management,
· Providing the necessary Reports, Dashboards, and look-ahead schedule,
· Preparing Delay Analysis Studies,
· Preparing Extension of Time (EOT) Claim Study, and,
· Developing Recovery and Revised Programmes.
Performing Planning and Programming duties from the contractor side, for different projects, such as but not limited to:
· The Construction of the Al-Ehteraf Academy of Aviation Science, located in Riyadh, with a total area of more than 15, 000 M2 and consists of the Academy Building 1500 M2, Aircraft Hanger 1700M2, multistory Parking 3500 M2 Accommodation Building 1900 M2, and Recreation Building 950 M2, in addition to infrastructures, and utilities.
· The Construction of the Prince Sultan Cultural Center, located in Riyadh, Saudi.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: -
· Developing the Master Schedule Baselines,
· Estimating the required Manpower, Physical Resources, and Budgeted Cost for each Activity and
Work-package,
· Monitoring progress and Updating the Programme throughout the construction process,

The Construction of Al-Karma Residence, which is a residential compound with an area of 385000 m2, consisted of residential units, Mall, Club, and an Exterior development.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: -
· Ensuring that health, safety, and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to,
· Supervising the Construction works,
· Managing the Manpower Resources and Controlling the Physical Resources on-site,
· Undertaking Site surveys,
· Setting out sites and organizing facilities,
· Control Quality, and Ensuring that the deliverables meet agreed specifications, budget, and timescale,
· Providing technical advice and solving problems on-site, and,
· Preparing the Site Reports
The graduation project is Project Management. · Certified by WAFI program of Qualification of the engineering consultant for off-plan sales or rent projects
