Job Responsibilities :
1- Create the maintenance budget and Control Maintenance Costs
2- Develop, implement and manages maintenance preventative, predictive and corrective programs
3- Detect training needs for maintenance staff
4- Develop, implement and manages, in coordination with operations objectives, new maintenance programs to achieve optimum productivity and efficiency
5- Manage and maintains, in conjunction with EHS, all safety standards
6- Develop and maintains inventory program for parts
7- Lead work teams through example and motivation, instruction, coaching, discipline and otherwise oversee employee work performance
8- Train employees on standard work for maintenance tasks
9- Adhere to all CEMENTIX, OSHA, and MSHA rules and regulations at all times and wear proper safety equipment while on plant grounds

- Ensure Implementation of preventive maintenance plan and organizing routine service schedules.
- Supervise all maintenance team to achieve the company’s equipment availability target.
- Diagnose and respond to equipment breakdowns.
- Control maintenance tools, stores and equipment.
- Monitor and control maintenance costs.
- Prepare lists of necessary spare parts in coordination with the purchasing department, and release the purchasing requests.
- Contact Suppliers and third-party companies whenever necessary.
- Coordinate with all internal company’s departments for improving the maintenance plans and strategies.
- Assure that all workers in the plant are fulfilling CEMEX and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
- Report to the Maintenance Director of the daily progress.

Follow-up all running equipment status at the site.
Make preventive maintenance plan, according to oracle ERP plan.
Troubleshoot downtime reasons and working on eliminating them.
Record running time and stage pressure of air compressors.
Operate and ensure proper starting procedures for the air compressors.
Monitor engine operation, periodic visual checks and referring operating logs.
Perform maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems as directed and assisted as requested in repair jobs throughout the rig, together with mechanics, electricians and welders.
