Managing the exhibition working plan with the seniors, scheduling deadlines for tasks, selling and marketing the event locally and internationally, recruiting international sales agents, working on branding the exhibition, contacting commercial chambers, commercial attaches and embassies, dealing with exhibitors’ complaints and concerns.
Preparing post show reports, regional market reports, developing the event and seeking new creative opportunities to brand and expand the exhibition. Handling exhibition logistics and infrastructure.
