I provided support to the Secretary at UNRWA's Joint Appeals Board. The help I provided to the Secretary enabled the Joint Appeals Board, provide an impartial, independent review of disputes arising in a wide range UNRWA personnel and programmes.

I support the Head of Education Information and Technology Unit by performing the highest level of administrative responsibilities for the Unit. In this position the major task was the ensuring that I assist the Head of the Unit plan, organize, coordinate, and direct the activities of one of UNRWA's Information Technology to introduce improved efficiencies and effectiveness.
