Acting as Deputy Manager for the overseas Recruitment Department
• Making weekly meetings to discuss the work flow & distribute the Job duties on the team
• Suggesting new Ideas to help the development of the work system
• Supervising & Training new staff & helping them to overcome any problems that might face them
• Managing many Accounts for a large & leading Engineering, Oil & Gas, Contracting & Multinational Worldwide Companies
• Making Presentation with the new clients about our Co. & the Services that we can provide
• Negotiating with new clients Agreement, Fees & Services
• Receiving new requisitions from the clients
• Searching for new matching CVs from databank
• Designing Job Posts & Advertisements (on Social Media or Newspaper)
• Receiving CVs & screening them according to the job descriptions
• Conducting HR & Technical interviews with the selected candidates
• Following up with the selected candidates to finish their Visa processing procedures & support them if they faced any problems
Ensures that all the recruitment activities are conducted properly & according to deadlines, by supervising Recruitment Specialists and centralizing relevant information for business development.
Duties and responsibilities
• Receive, organize and delegate job requisitions to the concerned recruitment department
• Responsible for the Engineering, IT, & Technicians Requisitions
• Conducting Interviews with all qualified Candidates before sending them to the Clients
• Supervise all Recruitment Specialists
• Meet clients to identify the needs and setup for workshop
• Weekly monitoring of the updating of the website with the new jobs
• Design flyers and mails according to specific recruitment needs
• Design clients’ advertisements in the local newspapers
• Follow-up the advertisement process after publishing the adv.; regarding the filtration process with the recruiters
• Collaborate with the website administrator and the marketing officer to establish marketing strategies according to the recruitment needs
