Reporting to the Corporate Human Resources Director of the group companies, carrying out all HR & Admin functions
Recruitment and selection / conducting interviews/ Comp and ben, creating new benefits, trips, celebration parties, different gatherings and days out for employees / Creating and updating company’s policies/Org charts, JD’s, /Training and development, in addition to the personnel activities, like taking care of the company assets, monitoring the salaries every month, following Egyptian Labor Law along with the Internal rules and regulations of the company .
All Human Resources tasks in addition to personnel and admin duties
Attending daily morning management meetings, deciding company strategies and following up on implementing and procedures.
Managing two offices the main office in Alex and branch office in Cairo as well as the factory in Al borg area
Jotun paints is a Norwegian Paints company, it is a multinational worldwide company with offices & factories all over the world, in Egypt we do have three main offices and one big Factory, Cairo, Alex and Ismailia, Jotun produces three kinds of paints, Protective, Marine and Decorative
Main Duties
Carrying out all HR Main duties, actually acting as HR manager reporting to the General Manager (Norwegian)
Managing the three offices, Cairo, Alexandria and the factory in Isamailia
The Bibliotheca Alexandrina is an integrated cultural complex, with libraries, museums, exhibition areas, educational centers and an international conference center.
Maintaining employees personal files, Keeping employees passports, renewing residents visas, labor cards, passports and health cards, issuing visitors visa, helping with all Arabic government forms, Arabic correspondences to all gov. offices, translation (Arabic - English and Vice versa), renewals of company’s licenses, attending Arabic telephone calls, arranging airport services for comers, bank letters for employees, training for employees from different departments of the company.
Maintaining training programs, assisting in recruitment process, performance appraisals, corresponding with Norway, counseling for staff and any body who needs help in any problem, either personal or related to work, I personally conducted Arabic training course for non-Arabic speakers (employees in the company).
Green Coast is the administration office for a group of enterprises owned by an Emirate. Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Hussein is one of the famous and well known writers and authors in Dubai, he owned around 5000 books in different fields, he wrote articles in newspapers, gave lectures in different occasions and in different cultural centers, in the same time he is a very successful businessman.
Handling projects files - all incoming and outgoing correspondences - translation of letters (Arabic-English & vice versa) - maintaining head of the department’s schedule, appointments and telephone calls.
I was managing a group of 3 secretaries, department of 6 engineers.
Managing the office and staff 10 members
Receptionist, directing attendees to different departments, attending calls, helping readers to the library, helping in arranging different activities ( concerts-lectures), answering different inquiries and providing information, as library clerk in charge, checking books in and out, sending overdue letters, in charge of video room and tapes, arranging books on shelves at the end of the day according to the correct classification numbers and setting, cooperating in every inventory each year.
a- Translation of television and radio news & Government official meetings with the Embassy members.
b- Arranging embassy activities (parties - meetings- receptions …etc)
c- Arranging ambassador’s schedule, attending phones, receiving consulate visitors, directing them to different departments.
d- Dealt with all Libyan government offices
