I am an MBA graduate in Human resources at the American University of Science and Technology/Beirut/Lebanon. A 29 years old fresh graduate thrilled to be applying for the Human Resources Department. With four years of experience in Human Resources duties, I am motivated to join an organization where I can contribute my unique skills and grow as a Human Resources professional. I am particularly adept at finding ways to streamline routine processes, thereby allowing more time to focus on the human aspect of the recruiting process. I am intrigued by the opportunity to bring my talent, experience, and commitment to helping people in a company. During my previous experience I have had efficiently interviewed by phone calls and In-person with the general manager. I took experience of coordinating logistics on the in-person interviews and allowing the general manager to have well organized and prepared interview discussion. Therefore, I was able to reduce the time to hire by 25%. I have a strong organization skills and strategic thinking to revamp the new hire onboarding process. At Cantina sociale, I developed and standardized new hire process to ensure that new employees experienced a comprehensive introduction to our company and culture. In additional, to the introduction I was responsible of the onboarding program that allows the new candidates to feel satisfied and well knowledgeable about the company structure.
