• Prepare quarterly consolidated financial statements for submission to CMA
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts and document business transactions
• Prepare monthly management accounts and other financial reports with complete analysis of major variances
• Coordinating with subsidiaries and reviewing financials
• Assisting in preparation of annual budget
• Coordinating with external auditors and internal auditors and providing information as required to accomplish their audit
• Reporting consolidated financial information to Parent company through COGNOS reporting tool
• To handle month end closing
• Preparation of bank reconciliation
• Reviewed and recorded deal tickets for foreign and local investments and financing
• Responsible for supporting investment operations

• Preparation of Financial Reports and Statements
• Advisory service for clients
• Review and Compilation service
• Responsible for Taxation department with limited supervision
