• Duties and responsibilities (IRA):
• Abides by GSMA standards & OEG policy.
• Negotiate with operators worldwide to reach a satisfactory agreement for OEG & other parties.
• Responsible for reviewing contracts from a Roaming wholesale perspective.
• Acting as a focal point for Finance & Legal departments with other operators.
• Follow up on internal concerned entities & roaming partners to conclude the contract.
• To achieve business targets according to the business plan.
• Negotiate bilateral agreement & accounting settlement and business development with international carriers.
• Sustain existing and grow roaming revenues.
• Prepare a weekly dashboard to be reviewed by HOD for the new agreements & the achieved target.
• Duties and responsibilities (Rollout):
• Contact with roaming partners to launch missing/new services.
• Follow up on technical department to confirm that necessary implementations are done for testing purpose.
• Perform the E2E testing of the international roaming services.
• Negotiate with roaming partner to check a suitable date for launching.
• Acting as a focal point between OEG and OIC.
• Abides by a monthly target to be achieved.
• Duties and responsibilities (A2P Whitelisting):
• Managing the A2P whitelisting.
• Preparing weekly report for the A2P whitelisted brands to be reviewed by top management.
