HR Direct Advisor Role:
- Acts as first line support for all HR matters within area and location of responsibility. Solves problems within practice and precedent.
- Implement and govern applicable country policies. Propose and drive modification of employee handbooks
- Responsible for delivery of labor relations, local policies, government relations and reporting, compliance, local reward services, termination process.

- Main contact with local government authorities, such as social security, labor Ministry and others. Represent the company in internal and external audits Manage labor suits and government audits. Interact with internal and external lawyers.

- Advises local regulations and updates where appropriate for role. Ensures compliance with local regulations including regulatory requirements on HR core processes.

- Driving Employee Engagement actions for country policies/facilities specific issues.

- Responds accurately and timely to incoming questions and /or errands.
- Where appropriate for the role, registers errands in the relevant ticket handling system and ensure responses are within the set Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Escalates questions / errands to appropriate HR contact when necessary on specific areas of queries to provide seamless resolution. Manage, track and follow up on employee queries in the ticket handling system.

- Guides and points Employees and Managers to information on HR self-service portal to foster a habit of finding the necessary data on the portal.

- Maintains and updates HR information with relevant teams.

- Auditing on the employees Files with all the relevant Documents
Reward & Payroll Role:

- Executes payroll processes and payments accurately and in a timely manner Ensures proper updates are made in relevant local payroll / time management systems.

- Leads the income tax related matters and Audits.

- Guarantee the interface with external payroll provider, manages time and attendance and payroll systems and the accurate accounting process related to payroll. Manage local external providers and approve related invoices.

- Ensure accurate payment for expatriates, following global instructions from Global Mobility. Guarantee correct tax application and social security, applying existing countries treaties.

- Responsible to guarantee payments, reports and other requests from external labor entities as (Tax Authorities, Social Security, Labor Ministry, Labor Courts, etc).

- Administers benefits and welfare/recognition programmers including handling of employee benefit claims such as insurance and medical claims.

- Generates related reports and statistics for stakeholders as well as supporting audits where relevant.

- Manage, track and follow up on employee queries in the ticket handling system. Builds a knowledge inventory of frequently asked questions to expedite resolution of queries accurately.

- Manages and ensure integrity of master data in relevant management system on timely and accurate basis.

- Arranging with the dealing Local banks all the Employees Needs and Requirements
