Preparing & making Sales & products analysis reports to the CEO & Sales manager
 Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating
relevant information
 Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
 Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
 Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
 Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
 Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
 Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
 Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
 Ensure adherence to laws and policies
 Logistic - Scheduling, distribution (fleet)
 Assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales
documentation.
 Preparing updated availability of company products
 Creating E-commerce coding for the company products
 Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the
client at a cost best suited for them.
 Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
 Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s
needs, cost, and time restraints.
 Work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales
strategy accordingly.
 Produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to
improve.

calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements
 Keep track of and Follows up on all pending and important issues
 Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons
according to their needs
 Records the minutes of all Board meetings as well as the minutes of any committees, making sure
that all actions are noted
 Ensures minutes are distributed to members shortly after each meeting Maintains and establishes
an updated filing system and database.
 preparation of daily, weekly and monthly Sales reports
 Preparing price offers & confirmation orders
 Ensure CEO Office information confidentiality and security
