The program consist of 650 apartments distributed on five separate sites.

Project: King Fahd Hospital in TABUK City 500 Beds.(245 m SAR)
 Assisting Project Manager with daily management issues, Program management, Health and Safety, Design management, Subcontractor management, Client Liaison.
 Produce a progress report monthly
 Review weekly progress reports
 Review the risk register monthly
 Approval of purchase order requisitions
 Approval of supplier invoices for payment
 Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with Health and Safety and quality standard
 Liaising with the Contracts Manager, client, sub-contractors and other trades,
 Coordinating all aspects of the works so that the project is completed in line with the requirements, within budget and on time
 Have a commercial understanding of the project, advising and implementing cost savings at all times,
 Represent the company in a professional and proactive manner in all dealings
 Liaise daily with the project surveyor and manager.
 Attend and takes notes of any meetings relevant to the project
 supervise execution of SBR sewage treatment plant 1000 m3/day
 Supervise execution of structural works, excavation, raft foundation, backfilling, columns, shear wall and flat slabs.
 Supervise execution of architectural works, aluminum cladding façade, gypsum board walls, wall tiles, industrial marble, antistatic vinyl, false ceiling, windows and doors schedule,
 Supervise execution of general site works, driveways, external roads, curbstones, walkways paving and all general site networks.
 Control productivity
 Dissolve any technical problem that may occur.
 Dealing with subcontractors

Based in head office. I follow up design and management of several projects related to waste water networks, pumping stations and wastewater treatment plants (a total of 200 km gravity sewer ID from 250 to 1000 mm, 10 km rising main, 10 pumping station and one WWTP 50000 EP).
Duties include but not limited to:
 Manage meetings.
 Approval of shop drawings.
 Approval bill of quantities
 Approval of quantities survey and invoices
 Technical control of works.
 Tracking of progress
 Inspection and acceptation of works from contractor.
