Security Dispatcher is assigned at security control centre (SCC) in shifts and responsible to respond to emergency and routine calls and take immediate action to dispatch the type of assistance required by the caller. Must correctly interpret emergency situation and know what proper immediate action to take. Operates and monitor Closed Circuit Television Intrusion Detection System (IDAS) and dispatches security personnel to areas observed whenever unusual condition is noticed. Good daily incidents and statistics writing.
Coordinating staff duty like timesheet and duty schedule
Protect and safe the people and propriety inside the organization and make sure everything inside it is safe
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails,
Visiting potential customers for new business,
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations,
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
Give impartial advice to ensure customers purchase the right product, deliver and maintain a quality service at all times, capture information, record it accurately and input it according to the company quality standards, develop knowledge of the product range
