Serving as a bridge between the business and technical communities, speaks each group's language and understands each group's priorities. Prepare proposals documents, responsible for conceiving and communicating the overall design of the solution and acting as a thought leader on an assigned product and product space.
- Assigned as point of contact for all presales engagements in KSA, acting as a Business Development Manager for Jordan market.
- Prepare full proposals documents needed in response for Tenders, RFP’s, RFQ’s, RFI’s and BoQ’s.
- Liaise with sales leadership in strategic account development, business models, solution and offers negotiation with clients.
- Lead trial projects with the newly and existing connected customers, which covers Waseela portfolio product in the field of broad band wireless access, MW wireless transmission, and cellular data network optimization.
- Perform Planning and design in the field of Broadband Wireless Access in the areas of 4G LTE, Wifi networks, Wifi offloading, UMTS, last mile wireless access as OFDM PTP, PtMP networks, and Microwave Transmission Networks.
- Full understanding of telecom operators OSS/BSS architecture environment in term of deployment and operations.
- Effectively providing projects P&L sheets, managed services costing in term of the needed man power quantities, and level of expertise.
- Work with sales and practice managers to position and propose E2E solutions to the clients and prospects.
- Create and deliver technical presentations that communicate the value proposition, usage scenario, and competitive advantages of new features as they are developed.
A key contributor in establishing the System Engineering Department at Waseela, responsible for preparing prime materials as a response for the clients tenders, RFP’s, RFQ’s and solutions requirements, in addition to attending sales and presales meeting to promote and support our offering technically.
- Prepared technical architecture documents and bill of quantity for customers and provide cost estimates for prior analysis and assessments.
- Gathered requirements, developed use cases, with fully understanding the client's business needs and constraints.
- Worked closely with sales team and ensured proper architecture of technical solutions keeping in mind customer budget and value for money and agree for solution delivery time in order to meet targets.
- Coordinated with domain experts, project manager, implementation team, operations team or vendors while designing solutions to ensure solutions alignment with the project plan.
- Ensured the provisioning of solutions that suit the defined technical service and budgetary requirements.
- Ensured to document standard solutions to enable the department meets customer expectations in the most efficient and time saving manner.

- Area’s of interest are mainly in the Wireless Broadband which covers LTE planning and Design, VoLTE, IMS, UMTS as 2G and 3G, Wifi 802.11 Wifi Offloading, Pre-WiMax PTP & PMP links, IP Microwave Transmission links, Cellular IBS. In addition to wireless tracking solutions which include RFID and RTLS.
Managed the fixed access wireless team for day to day (24*7) O&M activities which are related to the Managed Service project for Emirates Integrated telecommunication Company (EITC)- du under the umbrella of Ericsson . The scope covers the Pre-WiMax PTP&PMP networks, in addition to the fixed WiMax and Public Wifi AP’s distributed along the country..
- Led and supervise the Fixed and PreWimax team that consists of eight resource’s.
- Built and trained Waseela's Fixed & PreWimax team on the day to day activities for corrective maintenance, links commissioning, TT's troubleshooting and acceptance..
- Effectively participated in setting the main KPI's that are related for the ATP of the new links as PTP, PTMP and the fixed 802.16d Wimax Base Stations.
- Handled the work flow on new links acceptance and the transfer to the operations party.
- Monitored the team deliverables in terms of the agreed SLA.
- Weekly reported for Waseela and Ericsson Management according to the main activities of project.
- Worked as a presales support in the field of RF planning and network design for clients and partners that are related for the fixed Wimax & Prewimax business.
- Worked as a technical support for the RF optimization products vertical which includes Accuver main product as XCAL, XCAP and smart phones, for 2G, 3G and LTE technologies.
Acting as a focal point for Technical support for the main clients of Waseela in Jordan and Iraq, providing presales jobs for Redline and Dragonwave Wireless access and Transport product.
- Provided technical support and troubleshooting according to Waseela offered WIMAX solutions.
- Planning and Design Microwave links configuration and deployments based on Dragonwave Horizon Compact Family products through Pathloss tool.
- Configuration and deployment of mobile data optimization solution based Venturi wireless solutions.

- Professional Site survey and sites Acceptance for Kulacom in Jordan, based on Redline AN80i PTP products.
