Senior Recruitment Advisor

-Attend the business meetings with the clients Hiring Managers, and maintain the relationship with the clients Partners.
-Intake meetings to gather the JD and determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations on possible approaches to the search or candidate requirements.
-Job advertises and branding and attending the Job fairs.
-Candidates Sourcing via resume databases, search engine and networking sites, Job boards using Boolean search language.
-Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements and determine who to move forward, through (Resumes Screening, Initial phone Interview screening, Face to Face HR interview).
-Coordinate the interviews between the Hiring Managers and the candidates, and keep candidates engaged throughout the process.
-Articulate a job offer to the candidate and drive for candidate acceptance, anticipating and negotiating counteroffers as appropriate.
-Work to deliver a strong candidate, continuously building talent pipelines to ensure there are always multiple qualified candidates in play.
-Employees onboarding and Employee Exit interview.
-Update the ATS and Candidates database.
-Development the recruitment policies and procedures by identifying perceived difficulties with searches and recommending solutions to both internal and external stakeholders, providing a consultative approach
