- Ensuring maintenance of quality and standards, to provide a courteous and professional service at all the time;
- Identify and conduct training programs for the staff and ensure the consistency of training. Coaches and trains production staff prepares on job training programs. Evaluate performance of staff, recommends promotion, additional training or termination.
- Equipment selection. Maintaining and repair all the equipment as per our standards.
- Assist in the building of an efficient team of employee by taking all active interest in their welfare, safety and development.
- To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Resort’s policy relating to fire Hygiene, health and safety.
- To establish good relation and rapport.
- Establishes production standards of efficiency, minimum wastages and maximum utilization of resources
- Coordinates with Sales Managers
- Maintaining Hotel standards and ensuring that they are adhered to at all times;
- Liaise and maintain good communication with clients;
- Organizing staff rota’s and performing staff appraisals;
- Dealing with customer complaints;

• Planning and amending children’s activity groups to ensure that children are placed in the best possible environment for them to get maximum enjoyment from their holiday
• Ensuring adequate cover of vital services is provided (i.e. First Aid, phone cover) and filling in where necessary
• Ensuring that the atmosphere at the camp is always "upbeat" and reflects the fun nature of the summer camp experience

Programming
• Overseeing Action Extras programme (tennis, swimming)
Monitoring of staffing hours, duty rota’s, activity site safety and general provision of visiting children’s needs
• Ensuring strict safety and security guidelines are met for all campers leaving site
• Ensuring all parents are informed of pickup points and times
• Liaising with the appropriate coach companies efficiency
- Directing the activities of 13 animators involved in recreation and animation
- Organization with other activities, trip, Evening Shows and special events
- Conferred with other department heads to ensure coordination of logistics operation activities
- Ensuring maintenance of quality and standards, to provide a courteous and professional service at all the time;
