• Visits sites to address design related issues, inspection of works carried out on site and monitors quality to ensure that the contractor met the standard of construction with compliance to approved drawings.
• Re-submission of revised drawings to Dubai Municipality for approval.
• Responsible for the design of Commercial Buildings, Shopping Center, Hotels, Villas, Industrial Buildings, Warehouses and Sheds.
• Responsibilities include full structural design, revisions, taking approvals from Municipality and solving any problems arising on the sites.
• Preparation of design calculations for authority approval.
• Dealing with Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Governmental Authorities and other related authorities and project follow-up
• Coordinating with all the departments to ensure the quality of the work standard.
