- Manage Budget spending and effectiveness.
- Understand customer focus areas and drive join value creation projects accordingly.
- Be involved in 100% of join value creation projects to capture and commercialize value.
- Build a true score card and track monthly with head-buyer and twice a year with GM.
- Yearly join business plan signature.
- Be the SPOC for customer's Buying and Marketing departments & drive customer penetration @ all levels of the organization.
- Design multi brands co-marketing events based on shopper needs.
- Partner with customer to drive top and bottom-line growth.
- Coach key account managers.
-Leading a dynamic sales team to ensure it achieves its goals and objectives.
- Design the commercial strategies by trade channel.
-Reinvent and lead perfumeries go to market for Morocco.
-Defining and allocating sales targets to the different channels, products, and geographical market segments.
-Recruiting, organizing, coaching and supervising sales team to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet all sales targets.
-Monitoring the sales performance of competitors and gathering relevant market intelligence to ensure that the company maintains and develops its competitive position.
