• Led the establishment of NGHC Enterprise risk Management function, defining risk policy, appetite statement, impact criteria, and ERM Governance procedures. • Acted as the Enterprise Risk for NEOM Green Hydrogen Project (USD 8.4 billion mega-project), leading contractor risk strategy, overseeing the project risk management team, and providing consolidated risk insights to support executive and Board-level decision making. • Enforced the risk culture transformation, and embedded risk management into the organization DNA by engaging leadership, risk owners, and teams through structured venues, governance forums, and continuous accountability mechanisms. • Directed and coordinated cross-functional risk workshops, with risk owners, senior management, and external consultants ensuring the proper implementation of Risk Management strategies across projects, operations, and corporate functions. • Led the implementation of the enterprise-wide ERM system (SAP S/4HANA), aligning system workflows, governance requirements, risk processes, and executive reporting needs with overall organization strategy. • Directed the Risk and Business teams for enterprise and project risk assessment exercises, ensuring alignment of agreed mitigation plans with program schedule and cost objectives, including of approving contractors SQRA and CQRA. • Implemented Macro Risk principle for project, operation, and corporate risk registers into a single enterprise risk view allowing to prioritize risks across the organization, and escalate to leadership and BoD. • Led the establishment of NGHC Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program including policies, procedures, and Business Impact analysis (BIA), in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. • Collaborated with internal audit teams in conducting audit-based risk assessments, audits execution, ensuring timely resolution of findings.

• Established and embedded the Project governance framework and documents within the execution delivery environment. • Worked alongside the Project team to continuously refine and improve the project delivery governance life cycle, particularly in the standardized reporting and management of risks across the Projects & Programs. • Established and maintained communication and reporting approaches between NGHC and contractors. • Developed, and maintained the projects progress reports to the leadership team and BoD. • Led the establishment of NGHP Project risk Management Process, including the RMP & Risk Register. • Performed periodic Risk audits and reviews for the contractor’s Risk Management Plan, procedure implementation, and jointly developing proper mitigation plans.

• Proactive reporting of progress and accomplishments of assignments and apply necessary follow-up to monitor progress and results of project tasks and assignments. • Collaborate with Client Project Team to achieve suitable technical solutions. • Ensure a proper Communicating channels with all Project stakeholders. • Supervise Project Crew and assure all duties are held towards target objectives. • Develop Risk Plans and related responses. • Ensure the highest Safety procedures & practices are applied at site. • Monitoring contingency Plans and Controlling the Hazards at Site. • Accountable for invoicing the client to keep the cost plan on track. • Assess in developing Design, workflow, and contingency plans for the Project.
