• Ensure compliance with established medical department policies and procedures and the guidelines to provide high quality service and outstanding customer care
• Participate in the development of medical department strategic plans, goals, and objectives, ensuring alignment with those of the company
• Participate in staff management through the Resources Allocation Committee (RAC), personal and duty leaves through employees’ services system and participates in appropriate hiring and disciplinary actions under the supervision of the direct manager and in collaboration with HR
• Ensure a strong communications process between all leaders, managers and staff within the medical department and across the company as needed
• Ensure efficient and economical performance in accordance with operating budgets, goals and objectives
• Ensure all employees receive the appropriate training and education
• Identify and review project integration requirements with other systems under the supervision of manager
• Attend client meetings to collect and document requirements
• Review, validate and approve all documents, following the tasks included in company’s methodology of implementation
• Identify and address issues and gaps prior to implementation and report them to the direct manager and the project manager
• Review and approve the configuration of the data collected in the Design Option Worksheets (DOWs)
• Lead all the tasks related to the company’s implementation methodology
• Supervise resolution of service requests and incidents reported by Service Desk
• Supervise and guide system enhancement and the introduction of new solution through available resources
• Review and approve Software Development Requests (SDRs) including writing detailed functional requirements as per requirements collected from client or for the purpose of system enhancement
• Provide feedback regarding team performance to direct manager and advice regarding work progress
• Provide monthly, yearly reports that relates to team outcomes of the month and productivity
