Be the first point of contact between customers and the dealership
Demonstrate features and options on all vehicles in inventory
Answer questions about financing and other optional financial products
Promote the company’s service and finance department with buyers to ensure customer loyalty
Perform vehicle delivery for buyers after a purchase has been completed
Routinely follow up with buyers to ensure continued satisfaction
Contribute to dealership sales data by filling out standard reports
Cold call prospective buyers to generate new business when necessary
Develop relationships with potential customers, that leads to closing deals
Follow up on inquiries via email, internet forms, and phone calls to ensure customers have all the
information they need in order to make an I informed purchase.
Negotiate deals on buying and leasing automobiles to the satisfaction of both the customer and the
dealership with an average customer satisfaction review score of 90 percent.
Educate customers on the features, options, and packages on a range of make and model of vehicles to
assist them in making a purchase that fits their needs and budget.
Assist customer to finance the car by calculating installment, approving requested documents,
coordinating with finance and legal department or with bank representative to finalize the purchase
Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work
results. Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; monitoring,
and appraising job results. Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts;
maintaining inventories.

coordinator, and other production office staffers.
Ensure the production complies with health and safety regulations, union requirements, copyright laws,
and insurance terms. Approve locations, equipment, and other necessary resources.
Assist the Theatre Manager in a diverse range of duties; providing assistance in setting up for and striking
all events.
Assist with the maintenance and organization of the theatre and its equipment.
Run box office reports as necessary and assist the director of theatre with ticket sales analysis.
Cover the counter for selected shows if required.
Maintain professional standards of attendance, punctuality, appearance of the staff.
