Employment History and Experience
March 2009 - Present. Omega for Mechanical, Electrical, Consultation and Contracting
and Omega Biopharm.
After a period of work in the field of banks continued for nearly twenty-two years I decided to invest my experience in a different field witch I like and prefer. So I'm now working in Omega Group as a banking and financial consultant.
 The first company engaged in importing and supplying mechanical and electrical equipment And also manufactures electrical panels in its factory in Cairo
 The second company engaged in importing, trading and distribution of veterinary medicines
I'm playing a good role in the two companies, my main tasks are:
 drawing the financial policies of the companies
I negotiate with banks about the facilities needed to finance working capital for companies.
When they have a project I study it very well and begin to prepare the cash flow for every project and present a memorandum to the bank to study how to finance the project.
 I'm Following-up banking operations, which are made with different banks, such as LG's, LC's and loans.
 I'm following up and reviewing accounting processes which take place in companies
 I set up financial analysis and make a presentation of financial reports to the Board of Directors every month, such as:
• Analysis of sales and expenses - the cost of statement product - Account & Notes receivables - Account payable.

January 2004 - December 2008 . National Bank For Development (credit department)
A) Supervise and team Leader in preparing credit memorandum approvals and Ensure documentation and any service agreements are in place and reviewed at appropriate review dates and involving directly in the day-today business.
B) Manage and follow up portfolio.
C) Plans & co-ordinates marketing of products & services to all clients within the portfolio with the objective to maximize revenue/return and political developments that may affect business in a particular market.
D) Marketing new accounts

January 97 - dec.2003 (credit department)
A) Supervisor of Credit Department, Head office Used computerized applications to study information, calculate different measures of financial status and examine errors for analysts update for NBD Customers and used the specific tools in credit analysis vary with the situation.
B) Handle negotiations with customers to settle bad and non-performing loans.
C) Follow up customers and insure that they use their facility correctly.
D) Follow up some Branches and insure that they follow all the right procedures and policies of our Bank.
