USF12 project manager

 Responsible for all activities related to Corrective and Preventive Maintenance for the whole territory of the Regions.
 Receive, validate and acknowledge Work Order, from Ericsson, within pre-defined times
 Log all Work Orders.
 Plan and allocate necessary resources (field technicians, spare-parts, tools etc.) to be able to execute the Work Order.
 Dispatch Work Order to field technicians.
 Receive information when Field Technicians arrive at site and have established contact with the NOC.
 Handle escalation according to the escalation procedure.
 Inform Ericsson about when and how the Work Order will be executed.
 Report Work Order result to Ericsson.
 Receive Work-Order completion report from field technicians.
 Receive acknowledgement from Field Technicians for accepted Work-Order.
 Monitor Work-Order progress and keep the NOC updated.
 Complete Registration with Mobily 2012 OSP/FTTH project.
 Opened account with AEC and work on bidding SSMS project From CITC.
 Creating new departments for projects management’s controller.
 Creating new departments for Telecommunication Civil work and electromechanically.
 Cost estimation and tendering.
 Work on new organization and company restructure.

 Deploying and controlling site acquisition, civil, electrical, telecom, acceptance and maintenance teams.
 Deploying and controlling subcontractors.
 Negotiate with subcontractors for prices.
 Managing and control Quality of sites.
 Daily follow up for work progress by using tracking sheets.
 Follow up and checking all documents before it's submitted to customer.
 Sending weekly report for stakeholders.
 Quotations for customer (PCT, ACC, UTC, ZTE, NSN &MOTOROLA).
Prepare bill of quantities and invoices
 Implemented Survey & Design for USF sites for Zain & STC in south & western region under Hauwei & ZTE.
 Implemented 15+ Civil-GF TK sites for Huawei in USF project.
 Implemented Survey & Design for Zain TK sites for Huawei in central region.
 Implemented 34+ Civil-GF & RT Sites For Zain TK.
 Implemented Wireless & MW for 50+ USF sites, Jeddah.
 Managing whole project in RIYADH, Jeddah, YANBO', JIZAN, NAJRAN, QASSEM, AMLUJ, TABUK, DAMMAM, HAFOOF & HAFER ALBATEN areas.
 Deploying and controlling site acquisition, civil, electrical, telecom, acceptance and maintenance teams.

 Implementing and dismantling sites from A to Z.
 Implementing quality check on Electrical, Grounding, Telecom, Shelters, Fire alarm, Fighting System panel, A/C, Masts, Tower & mounts issues.
 Obstruction light control box, A/C control box wiring and commissioning.
 Handing over sites to customers & subcontractors (Provisional & Final Acceptances).
 Preparing As Built Files, Invoices and Quotations (Civil & Telecom).
