* Monitor the Repair Order register & Order Book, follow-up for timely delivery; ensure required customer requirements are fulfilled.
* Ensure Invoicing is done accurately and no discrepancies in cash/credit transactions.
* Carry out inspection of all jewellery, on display or kept in the back-up stock, and identify, separate and sort all products that require any attention . cleaning, polishing, rhodium, etc and remove non-conforming products from display/stock for necessary arrangements.
* To ensure adequate quantities of all packing material for branded and non-branded jewellery, including boxes, pouches, carry bags, etc. store these in a proper location
 * Prepare list of fortnightly shop requirements for all products and brands for sale
* Keep self abreast of and have complete knowledge of current market trends in terms of size, weight, designs and patterns by inquiring from customers or by their orders/requirements communicated;
* Maintain all petty cash expenses of the shop as per Finance Dept's guidelines and ensure all expenses are submitted by time after due approvals/verification.
* Ensure all Security standards are being met; inform Security Officer in case of any problems.
* Prepare & submit sales reports as required by the Area Sales Manager.
 * Ensure staff dress code, attendance & punctuality levels are met.
* Handle staff grievances and ensure motivation levels are high.
