Responsibilities:
Overseeing the activities on stock and locations, evaluating them, enhancing and resolving it as required.
Contributing towards policies and procedures for cycle counting stock and ensuring they are performed in a timely manner without interrupting other activities in the warehouse.
Verifying the stock inventory by running a physical inventory stock check and ensuring it’s accuracy with the system stock, investigating discrepancies and adjusting errors.
Monitoring the entire process in the planning of procurement and supply chain activities,
Ensuring that products are procured and delivered on time while tracking material usage and monitoring product flows.
Monitoring the shipping and delivery of materials with continuous monitoring and follow-up of the inbound/outbound deliveries.
Responsibilities:
Leading the logistics team to develop, maintain logistic process documentation and identify all areas of improvement.
Supervising the warehouse personnel, and ensuring an effective and timely implementation of all Logistics’ daily operational goals.
Developing forecasts and maintain long-term inventory plans and models for supplies. As well as auditing delivery documents, prepare billing and scan to clients and head office.
Coordinating fleet maintenance and generating awareness of safe driving among drivers, by conducting weekly meetings and training to improve knowledge and safety awareness among the team.
Overseeing and monitoring the availability of stock to reduce shortages. Planning the loading areas for each order to facilitate efficient workflow.
Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required.
Key Achievements:
Actively involved in the re-design of inventory workflow and Stock control modules in Enterprise Asset Management. Key member of the Security and Safety aspects of events management in KATARA with zero incidents.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the inventory and monthly reports for the store activities.
Managing and controlling the stock: the self-assured receipt, storage, document recording and data entry into the system.
Updating the inventory reports and encoding it in the system (Oracle).
Responsibilities:
Performing Logistics tasks such as receiving, picking, packing and issuing of goods.
Verifying the incoming deliveries against the Delivery Orders and Purchase Orders for quality and conformance.
