Manage and control all activity of QC staff including analyst and technicians. Responsible for quality system that make sure all products and procedures are in compliance with internal, external standards and local/export regulation. Assure the compliance of continues release system with QA and food safety requirements. Process Control Strategy (PCS) including development/execution of inspection plan (IP), centerline and set points compliance. Closing of NCR and Quality failure reports (Root cause analysis and Corrective/Preventive action). Preparation of product specification including process critical parameters, FG and visual defect standards. QW (Quality Window) system including setting, creating templates and calculation of green percentage (Product scoring). Check weigher system including setting and simple servicing.
