· Responsible for undertaking the company’s testing and Supply products using the assigned authorized
techniques, methods, and procedures to testify the products if comply with the specifications to the
agreed time scales.
· Production of valid stability testing data, per Company Policy and legislative compliance to agreed time
scales.
· Reviewing data generated from the testing undertaken and make recommendations to the Team
Manager.
· Carrying out peer checking of analytical test documentation.
· Carrying out routine equipment maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment by following
approved methods and procedures on assigned pieces of equipment.
· Preparing OOS and Atypical results certificates.

· Leading and contributing to designing, implementing, and completing laboratory tasks according to the
company standards.
· Developing and validating a new analysis method to enhance the analysis process for HPLC, GC & U.V.
Visible spectrometer.
· Adhere to laboratory safety instructions.
· Maintain proper storage and security conditions for chemicals, equipment, and stability walk-in
chamber.
· Expertise in using Karl-Fisher, U.V-Vis Spectrophotometer, Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, I-R
Spectrophotometer, and Potentiometric Polarimetry.
· Training for the new staff and University students’ trainees for the Stability lab duties, instruments
used, and the Stability Lab work and duties' general framework.

· Doing investigations for the out of trend batches and the out of specifications and find solutions for the
analysis problems.
· Testing raw material and secondary standards against reference standards “USP standards” to
determine the actual potency.
· Any other tests asked to be done by the manager, section head, and supervisors.
· Experience in the use of Thermo HPLC, Varian GC, Varian Atomic Absorption, Varian IR Spectrometer,
Mettler Toledo Balances & Karl-Fisher, and Agilent U.V-Visible Spectrometer.
