Preparing, studying and auditing the engineering plans and approving the materials according to the technical specifications, studying the schedules of quantities, checking the prices and comparing them with the schedules of quantities, supervising the implementation of electrical works and building maintenance, and monitoring the company's works of civil and electromechanical works in general.

Work in the UBM projects requires special terms and conditions, including the possibility of working at the site on the machine. One of these conditions there is an appropriate place for the production of sheet, which will be built.
Thus, one of the duties of the engineer, study and consultation with the customer on the possibility of work and coordination with him on these terms with an explanation and breakdown of civil works associated with UBM acts until the project is done.

UBM system is an industrial mobile system includes three parts:

A-product a steel sheet for building, this stage includes:
Layout and install concrete forms.
Site preparation and equipment set-up.
Start-up and calibration routines(engineer program machine).

B- Assemble product sheet (panels) and prepare it for built.


C-built assembled panels (pick) this stage includes:
Pick erection and placement.
End-wall construction.
Opening installation (doors, windows, vents)
Insulating building.

Stages of production:
1st line forms a steel sheet to be called panels.
2nd line enters a panel from 1st line in a crimper to produce a shape required to build.

UBM system consists of:

Production machine UBM 120, 240, 163.
Support machine UBM 75.
Insulation machine UBM 660, 800, 550.


This machine is an electro-hydraulic mobile machine contains a diesel engine, generators, wielding machine, hydraulic system, computer & electronics system. So it's need routine (daily in continues work) maintenance this is apart of engineer job.


Project coordinator (Assistant Project Manager).

Coordinate between a company & project manger with subcontractor to avoid the targets and complete project in a right way without problems and conflict especially with UBM system.

Do administrative work for the project.

Electrical site engineer.

Coordinate with senior electrical engineer to find a right way to design the electrical works especially in UBM system and supervision on anther electrical and mechanical works.

Providing management and support to up to 30 members of staff and motivating them towards the achievement of optimum service & work.

As a trainee engineer:

• Reported to the Senior Engineer.
• Reported on progress at weekly team meetings.
• Assisted with designing.
