Job Purpose:
Responsible to ensure availability of all SKUs in line with the weekly production requirements through the available capacities across 6 plants and ensuring availability of raw materials at plants in order to execute production.
Key Deliverables:
•Alignment of Raw Material requirements across 7 territories and 15 sub territories of volume of over 175 million unit cases in 42 SKUs with capacities of 27 production lines in 6 production facilities
•Monitoring stocks Vs. sales, forecasts.
•Imported finished goods and Raw Material requirement planning and ensuring availability of both FG & RM as per sales forecasts
•Yearly / Monthly / Weekly raw material requirement monitoring in view of demand and consolidating procurement plans with production planners & purchase department to ensure RM availability.
•Preform supply management including production, procurement, warehousing and dispatches in view of PET production plan across 3 plants
•Empty glass planning and deliveries of new glass according to empty injection and sales forecasts.
•Working as a team member of source matrix project and identify optimum supply sources for each distributor / SKU through minimum freight cost in lieu of delivering product from sales centers and realizing potential savings
•Coordinate national promotion and design changes with marketing and purchasing departments to ensure on time promotional productions raw material.
•Manage & optimize inventory levels for raw materials
•Monitoring and reporting Supply Chain KPIs in order to identify gaps and opportunities
•Develop, maintain & enhance SAP reporting system to enhance productivity
•SAP Master Data Management
Looking after entire logistics movement of all imported finished goods, raw material & all locally manufactured raw materials.
Leading projects like source matrix & palletization.
Management of Repair & Maintenance annual budget for Haulage & FLT trucks of CCBPL amounting to USD 1.2 Million (Approx)
Managing efficient & safe transportation of approx 440K units of concentrate to 06 plants of CCBPL.
Managing transportation for 150 Million Unit Cases to 07 sales territories, 15 sub territories & distributors supplies.
Looking after palletized deliveries to all plants & distributors of Coca - Cola Beverages Pakistan Limited also ensuring delivering from nearest locations to distributors and to ensure less double handling across system.
Looking after repair and maintenance of entire Coca - Cola fleet comprising of 760 delivery vehicles & 150 Forklift Trucks & managing daily dispatches of FG’s through 3PL approx 150 vehicles daily dispatch.
Prepare and get approved contingency plans to meet ad-hoc customer requirements or to deal with unexpected Supply Chain disruptions
Establish KPI’s to monitor Transporter service levels and control cost
Drive structured approach towards continuous improvement based on the application of Tools and the implementation of Best Practices
Identify and implement cost saving initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce transportation cost.
Ensure that legal obligations are met or exceeded (transport regulations)
Responsible for compliance of all FG transport contracts
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of budgets and dynamic forecasts related to warehouse Logistics
Regularly visit the transporters and solve adequately any occurring transport issues
Support the selection and engagement of the right people and constantly motivate and manage the team in order to improve the transport performance; promote team-approach
Looking after Shipments of Re-locatable modules from Kuwait till Bagram Airbase Bagram.
Conducting inspection of finished goods personally for delivery of quality products to the customers.
Coordination with exporters for import shipments.
Arranging Transportation & looking after entire logistics in Pakistan & Afghanistan.
Coordinating with clearing agents for smooth custom clearance in Pakistan & also at Kabul Customs.
Dealing with shipping line for matters related to export / import.
Proper follow up about orders in production by drafting production sheet and order sheet ensuring that orders are delivered in-time to the customers.
To ensure in time in-house of material for smooth production.
Job Responsibilities (Spectrum Tents - Dubai) : -
Looking after Logistics movement of PVC Tents, canopies and canvas tents.
Assisting customers about their orders & delivery schedules.
Conducting inspection of goods personally for delivery of quality products to the customers.
Coordination with exporters for import shipments.
Sampling for Customers.
Arranging Transportation & looking after entire logistics operations.
Coordinating with clearing agents for smooth custom clearance.
Dealing with shipping line for matters related to export / import.
Preparing Sales / Marketing detail sheet for proper tracking of order.
Placement of container at unit for export shipment & coordinating with store / merchandizing department for stuffing of shipment after final inspection.
Coordination with other exporters in case of consolidation shipments.
Proper follow up about export proceeds.
Job Responsibilities (UsmanTrading Co. - Lahore) : -
Corresponding with customer for all relief tent inquiries & managing export transportation of tents & other relief goods.
Looking after export / relief order right from Sampling till finalization of order.
Preparing all Export Documents for custom clearance on self-generated excel sheets.
Preparing complete export detail along with detail for bank charges for proper tracking.
Keeping record of orders in line & updating Director Export Marketing about status of export orders.
Conducting pre-shipment audit personally before shipment is Ex-Mill.
Drafting Sales contract & shipping goods in time according to sales contracts.
Updating customer about delivery schedule of relief supplies.
Providing Packing List to production department before final inspection from QA department.
