¨ Working with managers to accurately staffing needs, scheduling
interviews and preparing offers for ideal candidates.
¨ Delivering and negotiating offers with candidates.
¨ Managing employee relations, new hire orientation, and benefits support.
¨ Working with executives and team managers to create and execute
training program for company as well as, prioritizing training schedule.
¨ Establishing relationships with top training and recruitment agencies to
ensure top notch business training and candidate support for company.
¨ Managing recruitment and training reports in order to guarantee
information is accurate and up to date.
Provides assistance and support to the management Team
¨ Organize and schedules presentations and meetings as needed
¨ Maintain office calendar to coordinate work flow
¨ Plan, organize, coordinate, promote and facilitates events.
¨ Answer general phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member when needed.
¨ Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and organization
information
¨ File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports
Generate client leads, increase the number of customers, answer client
queries and prepare sales documentation. A great portion of their time is
spent on communication and handling customer information.

¨ Order the breakfast (depending on catering budget) • Add course to MTM

¨ Send Certificates
¨ Send and scan attend and evaluation sheet
..Handle software with technology team by their tickets and problems with
customers.
¨ Handle all requests to Technology Team (like; Internal purchasing orders,
External Purchasing
¨ Order, Overtimes sheets, Expenses reports, ...etc.)
¨ Admin with Technology Team’s Manager with all problems
