- Designing, implementing and facilitating, in close collaboration with the private partners and other relevant stakeholders, all the interventions by 2SCALE at the levels of partnership, grassroots (i.e. agribusiness clusters), industry, and value chains (Up & Downstream).
- Drafting and negotiating agreements and contracts with different partners and actors in Egypt in compliance with 2SCALE/IFDC requirements and procedures, and in collaboration with the legal and contracts team.
- Coordinating the support from business support services, consultants, and cross-cutting 2SCALE thematic specialists (marketing, climate change, financial inclusion, youth, and gender).
- Ensuring that business champions and other relevant private partners understand and adhere to commonly agreed standards of corporate social responsibility (CSR).
- Integrating the targets that are set for women and youth inclusion and the adoption of Eco-efficient production practices in line with 2SCALE principles, track the achievements of the set targets in collaboration with the M&E team.
