I am responsible for maintenance of most system of fuel station (air compressors, lighting, water pumps, fire alarm system, firefighting system, car washing pump, air condition system, electrical power for fuel pumps etc……) for companies (Total, Mobil and Taqa ) and I can control in all this work as following:
1. Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
2. All work orders are sorted according to priority and assigned to the team to finish all orders.
3. Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
4. Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
5. Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
6. Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
1. Set preventive maintenance plane for utilities systems
2. The ability to manage the team of more than 100 individuals between workers and technicians in the operation and maintenance of government hospitals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (electricity, air conditioning, electronics technicians, pumps, generator set and ATS panel, firefighting, fire alarm, CCTV system, boilers and nurse call system etc.....)
3. The ease of communication with the Director of the competent maintenance from the hospital administration to put an end to all acts required as soon as possible.
4. Managing building maintenance activitie
• Preparing the yearly preventive maintenance plan, and issue the monthly maintenance plan by coordination with production planning department.
• Performed routine maintenance inspections of equipment to identify and respond to problems in a timely manner to preventing unexpected failures.
. Increase the utilization of manpower as possible as by having a monthly & annual plan, good preparation and storage of spare parts and monthly training of technicians.
• Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs
• Provide technical and maintenance support on processes and projects and work with maintenance team on a day to day basis
. Working as a Electrical engineer for maintenance and troubleshooting and solving electrical problems of the production line during the normal line operation in the minimum possible time.
.Working with: single line diagram "Cables, circuit breakers, MCC, power transformers, ATS, power factor correction, CT & VT"
Achievement's:
1- Installing one tiles production line of marble (Simec)
2- Installing tow gang saw of marble ( Simec & BM )
3- Installing one gantry (El Temsah)
4- Installing one block cutter (Pedrini)
