Developing tenders and prizing department to create a professional bedding submission system.
Creating a Library for the history of previous bids (items, experiences) as a reference for new bids.
Preparing professional financial and technical offers of submitted bids.
Managing the approval process of the company in different authorities.
Project: Supervision of maintenance and rehabilitation projects of Holly Makkah Tunnels (58 tunnels).

Works and Achievements:
Effectively managing the coordination works between the consultant and the owner, which lead to the owner recommended being a project manager in future projects with the municipality.
Preparing B.O.Q, drawings and technical specifications of new rehabilitation projects for tunnels, according to the latest specifications in the world.
Leading technical office teamwork through a professional system of quantity surveying to revise and approve contractors’ invoices.
Developing the approving system between the owner, the consultant and the contractors (including teamwork, deliverables invoices, etc.) to make the work more professional and effective.
Supervision of works execution. Tunnels stability and appearance have greatly enhanced at the end of the project.
Project: The Study for Tunnels Rehabilitation and Development at Holy Makkah (58 tunnels).
Owner: Makkah municipality, Director for bridges and tunnels.
Team Work: International Consortium: DFB (KSA) / CCG (Egypt) / Perunding Eagles & Ikram (Malaysia).
Works and Achievements:
Effectively managing coordination works between different partners inside the international consultant until the delivery of outputs to the owner.
Numerical modeling of Makkah tunnels to study the existing situation of the tunnels, including its stability and the structural problems tunnels suffer from.
Deriving optimum rehabilitation solutions for the structural problems of tunnels, Solutions have been revised and approved by international experts with clear advice to apply it.
Structural analysis and design of annexed structures (substations, control rooms, chillers…..etc.)
Preparing the tender documents (B.O.Q & tender drawings & technical specifications) for rehabilitation projects of 24 tunnels and 51 annexed structures of Makkah Tunnels.

Revising structural design and approving the final version after making the required modifications.

Revising and approving B.O.Q of the different parts of the station.
Project (A): Construction of Gabal El Asfar Waste Water Treatment Plant at great Cairo (GEAWWTP)
Consultant of the Contractors: The Arab Contractors and Degrémont.
Works and Achievements:
Preparing the shop drawings and bar bending lists for the high interacted details of the project.
Managing the approval step from the owner’s consultant with minimum modification, all on time.
Drawings were accurately finalized, that the contractor was satisfied after work execution with no claim back to the consultant.
