• Implement improvement processes and systems to reduce inventory,
minimise costs and maximize working capital
• Develop the company’s inventory management strategy with the aim
of controlling costs within budgetary limits, generating savings,
rationalising inventory and maximizing available working capital
• Manage and maintain the company’s material and stocked product
inventory including stock profiles and stock locations
• Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting / inventory
accuracy checks
• Minimise overstocks and removal of obsolete / redundant raw
materials to maximize availability of working capital
• Ensure that goods inward / stock control department is well organised
and controlled to sufficiently support production and the goals of the
business.
• Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately
according to company procedure.
• Ensure materials are ready and available for production as and when
required.
• Ensure that any materials that are late or holding upproduction for
whatever reason are chased and followed up until received.
• Ensure sub contract processes are received back and that suppliers
are chased to ensure no late delivery situation.
• Ensure works orders are correct and fully completed and that all stock
has been allocated to the job correctly.
• To execute the receiving and dispatching of stock to and from regions / technicians /
customers
• Raise delivery notes against the relevant accounts
• Return stock to suppliers for repairs
• Ensure all stock has serial numbers
• Prepare stock requirements timeously
• Prepare parcels correctly and in time for collection by courier company
• Draw required stock and keep Bin Cards correctly updated
• Maintain effective stock control at all times (Johannesburg)
• Complete GRN of stock received from suppliers and forward to Stores Manager
• Introduce all stock procured into Hive
• Administer all paperwork and delivery notes as per defined procedures
• Ensure Minimum and Maximum stock thresholds are maintained at all times
• Take part in stock take
• Handling Incoming Customers Calls Inquiries, Complains and Requirements.
• Full explanation for the Companies Services, Offers, Products and Profiles.
• The main purpose is to Facilitate & Provide a High Level of Customer Service that would exceed Customer Expectations.
• Responsible for answering customers' inquires, responding to complaints and building up customer loyalty to increase Customer Satisfaction on Shift Basis.
• Working with Complain Handling Team (handling Customer Complains) (Support)
• Purchase all the requirements of the company's basic building materials
