• Developing HR Dashboard visualizing the status of the whole sub-processes KPI`s.
• Manage the organization ERP system (HITS) covering employee profile and Change of Status modules.
• Produce and submit the analytical reports as the Headcount analysis reports, Turnover analysis reports, Employee discipline reports, vacation and sickness rates analysis reports.
• Responsible for the Turnover Cost analysis periodical reports.
• Managing the layoff process including the cost analysis reports, legal aspect, documentation and the compensation of the released employees.
• Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare all the related periodical reports.
• Managing the company’s Policies and Procedures.
• Advises employees of current policies, procedures, or practices for the Human Resources programs assigned to him/her.
• Developing a new Employee Profiles (Job description and Job Specification) across the whole departments in the organization.
• Prepares paperwork required to place employees on payroll and establishes personnel file.
• Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely manner.
• Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
• Responsible for Employees Contracts Issuance and renewal.
Preparing the yearly training plan, implementing training courses as planned, starting to gather the impact of the
training data.
* Communicating with all line managers to determine their training needs in order to fulfill their requirements &
arrange and handle training program in accordance with all department.
* Identify training and development needs through job analysis, performance reviews and consultation with
employees, managers and human resources team members
* Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs.
* Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen
* Provides oversight for developing training courses, events and programs to meet or exceed regulatory requirements,
best practices and established standards.
* Managing the training budget.
* Manage the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across all the organization different functions.
* Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers.
* Track and report on training outcomes & Maintain employee training record.
* Responsible of the internship program.
