*As logistics supervisor, manage customs clearance Performance and KPIs, and make sure that aw fulfill all customs clearance. procedures on time.
*Check all purchase orders from HQ till safe delivery and release from Egypt customs to the warehouse.
Update & Report daily Customs clearance status for all shipments to customers and Huawei management.
Early involvement, starting from the bidding, and contract conditions before signing any contract with customer to make sure that all conditions and bands fulfil Egyptian Customs Authority Regulations and guarantee smooth clearance process in advance.
Analyse the root cause of extra clearance costs like demurrage, storage, and customs duties to solve the root cause and decrease unreasonable Clearance Cost.
Oversee material inventories; warehouse Operations, material arrangement.
Warehouse material arrangement (Staking, Cleaning, Safety, etc.) save warehouse space and Huawei cost as much as possible.
Manage all warehouse operations (Inbound, Outbound, and Reversed Material), Coordinate With LSP all warehousing physical operations and material planning allocation according to the Inbound outbound amount, Report on a weekly, Monthly basis with all Warehouse operations to Logistics Manager and Supply Chain Manager.
End to End stocktaking, match locations accuracy (physical to system)
Implemented the warehouse to match the usage of online RF (online scanner) which led to improve warehouse operations efficiency, lead time, manpower efficiency, match accuracy, all related to warehousing KPIs.
Responsible for In-Transit Inventories (From Warehouse to Site, From Warehouse to Subcontractors, From Subcontractor to Site, Site Materials Management. And other areas) with all the related KPIs, KCPs.
Responsible for transfer customer material from our warehouse to customer warehouse including transportation and all material supervision, support Egypt Office LTO (material low turnover)
Interface with all internal customer (Huawei Project team) and external customer(Vodafone, Etisalat)
Operate all warehouse operations through Huawei warehousing computer system (CES) part of ERP system, and match with LSP warehousing computer system (Exceed) to guarantee an accurate computerize system from both sides.
Plan and Coordinate with projects teams improvement activities to enhance all warehousing process to ensure smooth (delivery-return) and effective cost reduction process.
Responsible for translatiom between Chinese engineers and Egyptian engineers in site(Alexandria shipyard)
