• Negotiate and agree on the supporting budgets, plans, Targets, Growth and training calendar with the principles
• Lead the development and implementation of the trade marketing strategy to achieve defined business objective across all product categories
• Track and lead all Sales fundamentals
• Handle both external budgets passed by the principals and locally generated budgets for monthly initiatives and trade activities
• Control all budgets spending
• Responsible for all communications with the suppliers
• Handle all key accounts special requests (promotions, displays, branding and training)
• Lead Customer Negotiations for the Yearly contract and ensure implementation
• Follow up with collections & overdue Nationally
• Produce competitive analysis materials comparing product with its key competitors and update it on quarterly bases
• Analyze distribution readings and ensure Numeric Distribution & Weighted Distribution are within or exceeding the agreed targets
• Monitor trade expiry profile and rotating near expiry stock to minimize returns
• Place monthly orders from suppliers and insure healthy balanced stock days
• Collect recap reports for all activities and share analysis with the team and the suppliers
• Responsible for all Trade Activities/ Promotion for Wella & Old Spice
• Responsible of sitting the target and the target split by District by Channel and communicating with the districts managers
• Responsible for all Market spending and promotion’s authorizations
• Conducting market visits and issuing monthly reports to the sales team to track Sales Fundamentals i.e, Shelve shares, Plan-o-gramming, pricing…
• Monitoring monthly market activity on weekly bases and insuring all tools are implemented
• Finalize a recap report on the 15th of the month following the activity and share sales results with Supplier and team
• Secure all point of sale materials and stocks 15 days before initiative start
• Secure constant follow up on all POSM and POSM scraping
• Highlight risks on near expires in Tamer Warehouse and in Trade through feedback from logistics and sales team
• Secure that there is a monthly target by channel and for top 10 customers
• Design strategy and growth strategy by channel and by brand by region
• Track competition activities on monthly basis
• Secure a budget display behind initiatives for top 10 outlets with correspondent ROI analysis
• Ensure sales needs are fulfilled to secure achieving sales target
• Responsible for handling customers’ inquiries and complains
• Handling CIB VIP line
• Handling escalations
• Shift supervision
• Responsible for Service levels & Service level Efficiency
• Responsible for capturing leads for magazine advertisements through pre-planned route trips to key accounts i.e: Starbucks, Damas, Costa Coffee…
• Responsible for sending and receiving advertisement emails on behalf of Mr. Whidden during his presence in Egypt for “The Solomon Series and The Bible Plumb Line” books
