Responsibilities:
- Execute and meet the various stages and activities of the project .
- Establish processes and control measures to enable the management to monitor project progress with regards to budget, time, quality and resources.
- Manage, supervise, monitor and evaluate the project construction process in coordination with the contractor/ consulting company and communicate results to the Development Manager.
- Monitor all outsourced functions and act as a liaison between company and the development third parties.
- Ensure adherence of third parties and contractors to agreed-upon standards, terms, regulations, specifications, etc… by checking plans, blueprints, drawings and implementation along with the Development Director .
- Perform a technical supervisory role on construction projects, oversee contractor engineers, and provide them with any needed additional information about the project Issuing Enterprise plan : For manpower & equipment needs, based on ongoing & new awarded Projects, present & near future needs (look ahead 6 months).
