• Working as a mechanical maintenance engineer in KIMMCO planet in KUWAIT.
Data: from July 2015 till to June 2016
1- Maintenance forklifts, pay loaders, firefighting Diesel engines and Utility Diesel Generators.
2- Supervising a welding team for all repairing and fabrication jobs in Production line and platform by using welding equipment’s, gas cutting Equipment.
3- Warehouses and L.P.G Tanks firefighting system maintenance.
4- Update machine records, work order list, preventive maintenance schedule and lubrication schedule by using SAP software.
5- Update all drawings and layout for new installations of equipment’s or plant & office building modifications.
6- Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager for CAPEX and new projects planning and implementation through outside contractor and/or in-house crew and responsible for technical negotiations with the contractors with 100% accuracy.
7- To maintain and monitor spare parts availability within minimum inventory level with store departments.
1- Prepare submittals and Quotations consultant for HVAC and firefighting systems supplying and installation.
2- Site planning and Supervision in installation of all pipe work of Deluge, sprinkle, firefighting Network, Air handling Units and HVAC Ducts.
3- Shop drawing preparation on Auto CAD 2015 as per specification of consultant regarding HVAC, firefighting and chilled water with respect of electrical and architectural drawing.
4- Technical expertise in heat load calculation, duct designing, chilled water piping and fire fighting calculation.

•(75) Ton Chilled water fan coils capacity - New home Company in fifth Distract - Cairo.
•(60) Ton Split Dx air handling Unit - Al-Ahly bank in Sheraton-Cairo.
•(120) Ton Packaged Rooftop Unit - Baka Hyper Market in MEKKA-K.S.A.
•(100) Ton Packaged Rooftop Unit - Residential Palace in 6th of October-Cairo.
•(100)Ton Packaged Rooftop Unit - student building in MUST University 6th of October-Cairo.
To design and manufacturing a constant – volume vessel with a piezo- electric pressure transducer to measure the laminar burning velocity of bio-mass fuels to measure the physical and chemical properties of a random bio-mass fuel. About the project: combustion bomb is a laboratory device which designed to measure the burning laminar velocity of a any biomass fuel The stainless steel vessel is designed to handle a statistic pressure of a 60 bar and a 450 Celsius degree temperature.
