Develop RPA POCs and processes.
Review vendor's solution design for RPA processes.
Gather Automation workflows' business requirements to create PDDs.

Automation Tools: UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate & Goanywhere MFT.
Act as a Shift Leader for RPA support team.
Develop RPA solution based on the tools and technologies in scope : UiPath &
Blueprism.
Develop RPA POCs and processes.
Providing support and guidance to the clients' technical questions and resolve
their issues based on defined SLAs.
Working in multiple business areas in RPA: 1- Finance & Banking, 2-
Telecommunication, 3- Governmental.

Review design documentation with a designer, and resolve any ambiguities or omissions in the specifications.
Agree task completion dates and time estimates with the supervisor stated in plans.
Complete the programs design (if appropriate) and unit test plans.
Develop and test programs in accordance with the detailed design and test checklist to be in accordance with
current programming standards.
Understand, reproduce, fix and test errors reported by customers or other members of the division.
Review and keep up to date the current programming standards, using proper communication channels to
introduce new ideas and suggestions through hands on experience.
Fill in the required reports in accordance with the task under test (Unit Testing, System Testing or Integration
Testing) to be passed on the Product Manager for verification and follow-up on the actions to be taken.
Responsible for the software and other related software and devices.
• Provides technical assistance related to ATMs and the inter-bank switch.
• Monitors and maintains network systems and applications to ensure overall system availability and performance.
• Responds to monitoring alerts, performs troubleshooting to resolve network incidents, and escalates complex issues to
Network engineering team.
• Communicates with engineers and other technical support teams to prevent and potential network incident risks.
• Follow all ATMs technical hardware and software errors also the plane for feeding the ATMs with money monitoring all
switch transactions 24 hours and the communication lines for the ATM and all communication devices related to the
company sites all over Egypt.
• First line support for payment switches faults or problems
