At Nissan Motors Egypt my responsibilities include the following tasks:
• Expats expense (rent, utility, travel, .etc.)
• Transportations network for employees and manager's fleet including license renewal and maintenance.
• Organize and supervise other office activities (Housekeeping, recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
• Administrative support of Billing and expenses with finance and administrative team like (Factory Utilities and Courier service.Etc.)
• Planning of the Department budgeting and the needed accrual for next fiscal year budget. Provide direction for CAPEX budget forecasting and monthly accrual projections
• Managed the cafeteria which catering meals to 1500 Personnel in the company in all aspect of the process ensuring the outsourced company abide to the standards that would be accepted by Nissan Motors.
• Supervise and handle scrap process of the main factory and conduct any arrangement with the outsourced contractor ensuring the process is handled with the optimum standards maximizing the revenue of the company.
• Managed office supplies and petty cash for visits and short missions.
• Conduct HSE inspections and preventive actions to ensure the working environment is Clean and safe for the employees also ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
• Support the renewal of the needed government regulations such as license renewal, (ISO 9001/14001) audits and needed certifications.
