• Created and implemented a new receiving report of the specific missing items to claim for it by the insurance company, submitted claims of 400+K € 2017, 2018.
• Performed 25+ training on new inventory systems (RFID) used in the Inventory Control Department to all Shop floor Managers and assistants in the Head office and shops
• In charge of Issuance and execution of all 64 stores and head office purchase requests, and follow up on deliveries, while documenting all PO’s in an effective way
• Responsible for sourcing suppliers needed for all purchase needs.
• Negotiate maintenance/service contracts with vendors. Decreasing two service contracts by 8% less than the last 2 years with a higher standard of quality service and additional services
• Established an adequate filing and data retrieval system to ensure continuous ease access of information.
• Execution of head office requests, follow up deliveries and processing of all related documents.
• Demonstrate continuous research to stay abreast to new products and market trends and locate potential supplier.
• Generate new ideas in the marketing department to better outreach the youth at Arab countries.
• Ambassador of University of Montana for 3 months in Egypt to represent the university in its info sessions/events being held in Egypt.
