-Reorganize department org, chart, existing manpower, site mobilization in order to meet required standard for company equipment
- reorganize ewuipment coding & numbering in order to build up full data base about company fleet

PMV + batching plant activitiex

- Ensuring the efficiency and the effectiveness of the activities carried out by PMV which includes facilities, plant management, and operational activities related to plants, machines and vehicles by receiving and transferring them to the right place at the right time as per prescheduled plan and within company budget, assign proper tower cranes & required equipment ( placing booms, hoists, gen sets, …etc ) for various projects construction considering erection & dismantle after projects completion.
Apply company procedure as to achieve optimum performance for documentation in order to insure proper records and required approvals for each process as planed

Prepair the plan for the company existing equipment & reallocate the available
manpower of the maintenance division to achieve the company goals as the solo
vendor for Saudi Bin Ladin ( ABCD ) for its projects inside kingdom.
and start the concrete business market in various locations in the kingdom
2. Study the procurement of new equipment required to complete the company
fleet over different locations
fleet of (12 patching plants with ice and shield water plants, 300 more
transit mixer, 35 concrete pumps, 20 Gen set, 20wheel loaders, aggregate
& sand washing machines no. of two crushing plants including vehicles
, dozers & loaders and all the necessary equipment to have integrated fleet )
3. recruit required manpower to operate, maintain & repair the company fleet
from various levels ( engineers, supervision, operators, drivers, mechanics,
electricians and all the related jobs required for such kind of business )
4. Prepare the proper suppliers for the required parts & supplies required to run
the fleet ( fast moving parts, tires, oils & lubricants, electric components…etc

1. Study the new tenders for the different projects operation & maintenance
Projects (city cleaning & airports), sewer projects & public services
Projects within KSA & abroad.
2. Cost estimation for equipment, manpower & all other parameters affect
the projects cost over the project period
3. Assigning the proper equipment for the proper job including the technical
& financial comparison for different equipment & vehicles.
4. Mobilize the new projects with the different requirements of equipments
& Material as per the budget while study & tendering.
5. Follow up the equipment performance & related activities for all the
Projects as well the erection of different equipment in the projects sites.
6. Evaluate & recruit the proper key position personnel for the operation &
Maintenance activities

1. taking over the responsibility of the management of the REYADH
CITY CLEANING PROJECT equipment & vehicles fleet (1000 more
units)
2. Applying the company policy to maintain the equipment & vehicles
standard to perform the services over the contract area & period to
meet the contract conditions
3. Estimate the annual budget to maintain the fleet in running condition
Considering the equipment service period & lifetime
4. Recruit the required man power to perform the required maintenance
& repair for the fleet & other facilities (landfill & power house)
5. Coordinating with the other departments to insure a smooth flow for
the project activities.

1. taking over the responsibilities of repair overhaul& maintenance
procedure & schedules for land, marine &transportation equipment.
2. Recruit the requested staff to improve the workshop performance
according to work flow requirements & available skills locally
schedules to various plan
3. Cost effectiveness analysis of man-hours & equipment running cost
including depreciation, various direct & indirect cost
4. Supervise keeping full information about company equipment
5. Insure proper spare parts procurement up to most economic cost &
implementing inventory control system for fast moving items.
6. Keeping the main contractor (BEHECTEL) safety requirements for
both of marine & land equipment, workshop & workshop facilities

1. taking over the responsibilities of maintaining the division achieve
the Department tasks in accordance to their pre -determined
schedule
2. Implement the system for the department as well for the tower
cranes fleet for Refurbishing, preparation, Erection &operation.
3. Taking over the responsibility for the equipment & vehicles
workshop of (ARAMCO) RAS TANURA REFINARY
UPGRADE PROJECT maintain the equipment &vehicles as per
the client (ARAMCO)Standards, in Charge to maintain &
supervise crane operation for lifting & rigging as per (ARAMCO
G.I`S) fulfilling the safety requirements for RAS TANURA
REFINARY offsite area
4. Equipment workshop manager for HAFER- ALBATIN project (
Construction of 300 villas) taking over the responsibility of the
location equipment including their maintenance schedules
