DELIVER MESSAGES AND RUN ERRANDS TO FACILITATE THE FIELD OFFICE WORK: This Include: 1. Dealing with banks, Insurance, Tax, and perform the tasks required such as depositing cash, cashing checks and other deliveries.
2. Also responsible for outside messages to the targets organizations
3. Collecting sales bidding for the wanted purchasing.
4. Purchase the office cleaning materials and refreshment.


MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS OF OFFICE AND SAFETY OF EQUIPMENT TO CREATE SUITABLE ENVIRONMENT FOR WORK: This include: 1. Supervising the office weekly cleanliness. And perform minor daily cleaning of staff desks.
2. Ensure the office doors lock and equipment switch off by the end of the workday.
3. Report and follow up the maintenance of office equipment and other facilities.
OTHER ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: This Include: 1. Undertake some reception responsibilities such as, receiving visitors, telephones, send and receive faxes.
2. Copying papers, assist in monitor staff attendance signatures and leaves
3. Perform hotels reservations and deliver hotels payments
4. Assigned the custody of vehicle's fuel coupons.
