Monitor all daily accounting records in accordance with the local legislation with appropriate approvals & authorizations
•Ensuring all periodical tax declarations are prepared properly and submitted on time to the tax office and other related governmental bodies (social Security etc.)
•Managing the payment processes, the contracts and legal issues in coordination with lawyers
•Involving and managing Governmental Audits, Internal Audits and External Audits held in the company
•Manage and coordinate all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including: organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, reports to funding agencies, development and monitoring of organizational and contract/grant budgets
•Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization
•Creating ledgers and financial analysis reports on selected functions, ensuring that all transactions performed are done accurately and efficiently, and prepare financial statements on a monthly basis
•Preparing flexible budget during the year for controlling purpose
•Reviewing revenue and comparing with flexible budget .
•Implement training for the Finance Unit and other staff on raising awareness and knowledge of financial management matters
•Monitoring operational, financials, accounting and administrative controls to ensure overall efficiency of the business
•Prepare financial accounts for all expansion projects, and reviewed it with business plan to ensure all objectives and goals are met
•Monthly reconciliation of physical stock of inventory and stock as per books of accounts
•Preparing and monitoring cash flow and comparing with budget
•Review all profit centers and cost centers to ensure maximum revenue is reached
•Maintaining financial accounts to control payments to the suppliers
•Execute all internal policies, procedures and documents cycles
Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role e.g. AR, AP, GL.
Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.
Responsible for timely monthly management.
Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.
Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations.
Develop and maintain effective accounting system and policies.
Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.
Working capital management, understanding the cash flows cycles of the company and
taking ownership of complete and accurate cash flow reporting.
Preparing the company for annual audits and assuming overall responsibility for the efficient
and effective completion of the audits.
Manage the implementation and maintenance of the computerized accounting system.
Manage relationship with Banks.
Supervises preparation of payroll.
Handling all Tax issue /Certificate
Responsible for knowing critical functions within the department and capable of mentoring and assisting employees within the department.

Monitors compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and company procedures.
Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves transactions within designated limits.
Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts, cost centers and documents business transactions.
Responsible for distributing financial statements and cost center reports.
Distributes monthly comparison reports and cost center reports according to schedules.
Analyze transactional processes and identify areas where additional accuracies and efficiencies can be achieved.
Closely maintains and monitors the fixed assets system.

Applies cost accounting methods to achieve accurate representation of cost center performance.
Assist with annual budgets
Coordinate monthly closing process and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.

•Keeping general, auxiliary and analytical journals (purchases - expenses) as well as ledgers (suppliers).
•Handling bank correspondences and bank reconciliation (withdrawal-deposit-transfer managing-bank accounts - auditing the statements of account - reconciling the bank statements).
•Prepare cash collections report, aging of accounts receivables, monthly statement of accounts, payable to principals and suppliers, and other operating expenses.
•Conduct internal audit of contracts, requisition order, purchase orders, vouchers & prepare reports to substantiate individual transaction settlement.
•Helping in preparing Trial balance, Income statement & Balance sheet.
Prepare all accounting operations based on accounting principles.
•Follow up on accounts receivables and payments.
•Hold & control petty cash in accordance with policy.
