1-In collaboration with the Project Management, define the Project supply chain organization and the subcontracting organization, ensure the planning of supply chain activities facilitating, monitoring and consolidating relevant performance.

2-Coordinate supplies liaise with Customer Service, Manufacturing and other company Branches facilities on issues concerning supply of materials or critical stock levels in order to provide excellent levels of customer service.

3-Coordinate and consolidate the outcomes of Main Contract analysis ensuring the write up, review, delivery and implementation of Procurement Plan/Strategy and Subcontracting Plan/Strategy to be submitted to Company along the technical proposal.

6-Enhance the relationship with Client, Partners and vendors.

7-Execute market investigation and market analysis to create a reliable network of local vendors able to support and cooperate with the JV first to support the Proposal Team to estimate project costs and then to achieve the project targets in case of award.

8-Ensure effective multidisciplinary interfacing between the Project and the Procurement functions.

9-In collaboration with the Project Director and the other relevant functional and Project positions, define the Project supply chain strategy, encompassing sourcing decisions, procurement of items and bulk materials, subcontracting, expediting, inspection and transportation.

10-Participate to risk management and other inter-functional reviews/activities regarding Project supply chain activities.

11-In collaboration with the Proposal Manager and Project Director, act as Saipem focal point towards Client for each matter supply chain is concerned within Project perimeter.
