• -Follow up leads Contact Client, conduct effective meetings and close deals
• -Follow up on existing clients
• -Prepare sales reports
• -Prepare & execute presentations
• -Getting new listings
• -Meeting targets
• -Follow-up customer’ accounts
• -Handle customer service
• - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the whole
- Working closely with sales staff team to improve the sales turnover and image of the company brand.
- contact customer in order to present information and explain available product and services
-Establish rapport and maintains contact with contract clients and potential clients.
-Coordinate with retail merchants to have a proper guidelines to achieve there target
-Supervision on a specific area to raise up business contribution on this area
-Responsible on the wholesale of pre - paid cards, mobile phones and mobile lines to retail merchants in delta area.
- Receive merchants complains and solve it
-Control over documents cycles during sales process and sales offers .
-Following up merchants
•Ensure high level of quality and accuracy in the daily work.
•Enhance after selling service & provide total customer satisfaction.
•Handle customers? inquiries and provide solutions to their problems.
•Sell Bella Dona products and services and ensure proper collection of required documents.
•Ensure compliance to policies & procedures.
•Prepare reports including briefing, daily activity, closing sheet & follow up.
• Positive and effective involvement in implementing the retail plan.
• Handling all paper work which is reported to the different company departments
