• Implement sales strategies and upselling plans.
• Supervision of Cinema Team members.
• Training the new joiners’ team members.

• Develop and implement staffing plan and schedule and designation.
• Monitor NPS to improve the service level and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Handle the closing sales report and submit the EON report.
• Ensure a safe work environment for all company customers, employees, contractors, visitors and community.
• Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately.
• Ensure that all safety boards updated with postings including HSE policy, Risk assessment, HSE representatives, HSE Responsibilities, crisis management numbers, fire evacuation plane.
• Communicate to the HR department for consultation cases.
• Cascade information and company updates from the higher management to employees and vice versa with daily briefing
• Ensuring all the health and safety policy and procedures, food safety manual are adhered to at all times.
• Conduct investigations and issue disciplinary action if required (ROD)
• Operate floor facility and ground management, concession and food service.
• Achieve the sales target and focus on increasing sales by using advanced sales techniques
• Focus on selling and up selling
• Problem Solving and give customer best customer service
• Demonstrate a solid knowledge of brands and products.
• Communicate with the marketing team for the marketing plans and strategies.
• Monitor sales activities and generate a daily sales report and Petty cash expenses control .
• Follow up with stock availability .
