• Establish network of contacts with local stakeholders such as companies, factories, start-ups to share and exchange information with.
• Liaise with support departments (Accounting, pre-sales, technical and Administration) and ensure they facilitate good service and follow up with our clients and prospects.
• Compile weekly reports including progress reports as well as customer needs and potential opportunities.
• Provide advice and suggestions to CCO and CEO with regard to implementing of new strategies or approaches to best tackle current market potential.
• Establish reliable and accessible means of proper financial follow-up in order to best monitor in-flow and outflow of cash.
• Maintain detailed and periodically updated count on all available inventory stock while keeping logistical track of supplies.
• Provide necessary oversight on installation proceeding ensuring all required permits are attained on time.
• Making sure that all necessary equipment and materials are available and that the proper guidelines and procedures are abided by.
• 13-month Teller Function as receiving money to be deposited or withdrawn from individual accounts. Updating of individual or company information in the available banking system.
• 11-month Main Teller Function requesting and sending of cash loads from head office as well as keeping track of vault monetary storage all added responsivities of the previously mentioned tasks of the teller.
• 19-month Customer Service Representative Function as facilitator regarding all paper work requested from the branch.
